  • 1 cup dried Chamomile
  • 4 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 8 teaspoons Wheat Germ Oil

  1. Steep the chamomile in milk for 2 hours.
  2. Pour the mixture through a fine sieve or a coffee filter and discard the chamomile but keep the liquid in a small bowl.
  3. Stir through the honey and wheat germ and pour the entire mixture into a sealable bottle.
  4. Shake the mixture well to continue mixing.
  5. Smooth onto your skin before you shower.
  6. Leave the lotion on your skin for 5 minutes.
  7. Rinse it off with warm water under the shower.

b. Homemade Body Lotion – Deep Moisturizing Lotion

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Pureed Strawberries
  • 2 drops Vitamin E Oil

Procedure

  1. Puree the strawberries on a food processor or blender and leave aside.
  2. Combine olive oil, coconut oil, vegetable oil and vitamin E by stirring together in a small bowl.
  3. Stir in the pureed strawberries.
  4. Pour your lotion into a sealable bottle or container.
  5. Massage the moisturizing lotion into your skin in slow, circular motions and leave on for 5 minutes.
  6. Rinse off by showering under warm water.

Result: Refreshed and rejuvenated skin.
